The Coach Behind the Method

I've trained national rugby players in Tonga and tennis teams in Hawaii. I've worked with burned-out executives who hadn't moved well in years. The protocol that worked for both of them is the same one I teach here.

I've owned gyms. I've worked inside the system. And I deliberately chose to move beyond it — because the system is producing injured, depleted, disconnected people. Wild Out exists because there is a better way, and it starts outside.

My work is grounded in CHEK-level biomechanics, Functional Patterns discipline, and myofascial release — applied in the environment your body was actually designed for. No gym required. In fact, the gym may be the problem.
